Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – The two accused bandits arrested for the fatal shooting of a north Texas undercover police officer during a bar robbery reportedly will face capital murder charges. Samuel Mayfield and Timothy Huff remain jailed without bond. Fort Worth Police say the death of officer Garrett Hull means the charges against Mayfield and Huff will be upgraded. The third suspect involved in that robbery was killed by other officers after Hull was shot.
