Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – Fort Worth’s annual Parade of Lights will march through downtown’s streets Sunday evening. It not only is one of two events that kick off Fort Worth’s Christmas season, the other is the city’s tree lighting ceremony, but it routinely attracts tens of thousands of spectators. The parade starts at 6:00 pm, but there are always large crowds, and many viewers find their places along the streets in the early afternoon. Late comers often face frustration in both finding a place to park and finding a good place to view the parade. Fort Worth Police start closing downtown streets at noon Sunday.
