ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF) – The XFL, a new and unique football league is coming to Globe Life Park in 2020. Rangers co-owner Neil Leibman says they’ve been looking for something to take over the old Globe Life Park as they build a new Rangers Ball Park. Vince McMahon, XFL Founder and Chairman announced, the launch of a new league, which he is personally funding. He said The XFL will reimagine football for the 21st century. It’s faster paced with fewer stopages and simpler rules. The league will launch February 8th 2020, with 8 teams representing 8 major cites including the DFW Metroplex.
