Hardin County, TN (WBAP/KLIF) – File this under, “You’ve got to be kidding!”
A couple in Hardin, Tennessee is facing 15 years in prison after being indicted on charges related to allegedly forced-feeding batteries to a child under the age of 8.
LocalMemphis.com reports that the child’s 21-year old mother, Kristina Thompson and Lucas Todd, her 19-year old boyfriend made the child eat AA and AAA batteries “with the intent of causing serious bodily harm.”
Police say the child also had bruises and a fractured bone is expected to recover.
