Correspondent Clayton Neville joins the show to discuss the fact that around 70 members of Congress have said “No” to their paycheck -led by freshman member Dan Crenshaw- in solidarity to furloughed workers during the shutdown. There is also a new bill that has been introduced that could punish those in Congress that are keeping the shutdown from ending.
