Original Post: Pleasant Grove – Dallas Police arrested a suspect in connection to shooting a 13-year-old in South Dallas last night. Malik Tyler is the fourth murder this month in Dallas after being caught in the crossfire as two men shot at each other near a Pleasant Grove gas station Tuesday night. Dallas police say they cant release any information about the suspect or the charges at this time but are actively looking for other suspects involved. Police Chief Renee Hall says Tyler was just an innocent bystander. Because of the increase crime rate and the shortage of officers, the department has called on the FBI to assist them with homicide investigations.
