WBAP Morning News: Grandmother Thwarts Suspected Mass Shooting

A Grandmother in Lubbock thwarted a potential mass shooting after calling police when her grandson, 19-year-old William Patrick Williams,  told her he planned to “shoot up” a hotel. She convinced her grandson to not do it, and took him to the hospital for evaluation.
