Three Killed, Several Injured in Fiery 35W Crash Near Denton

Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s office has identified all three victims of the crash.

The identification of 30 year old Jennifer Kara Ferguson was released today.  Those of 59 year old Paul Buckley Sachs of Fort Worth and 63 year old Ann Marie Cole of Denton were released Monday.

Witnesses say the crash was made much worse by explosion of at least one of about one dozen liquid propane tanks being carried on a flat bed trailer.  The crash happened in northbound lanes of 35W, which remained closed after the southbound side with onlookers re opened.

DENTON (WBAP/KLIF)- Three people are dead and several others injured from the fiery crash on 35-W.

Battalion Chief David Boots with the Denton Fire Department said the crash involved 4 cars and 2 semis. It all caught fire when propane tanks on the 18-wheeler exploded. “There’s three vehicles stacked on top of the semi truck…we’ve got three confirmed fatalities possibly more, we won’t know unitl they finish pulling cars a part,” Boots said.North bound 35-w remains closed until further notice,  they’re diverting traffic to FM 2499
