Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – Some students who go to Texas Christian University will get some financial help thanks to a $10 Million dollar donations by TCU alumnus Mike Harrison and his wife Brenda. They’ve established a scholarship targeting the financial needs of students from middle income families. The Harrisons own Anderson Ranches in Midland. In recognition of the donation, TCU will name the new administration building “The Harrison”.
In a news release, Chancellor Victor J. Boschini Jr. said, “We are grateful to Brenda and Mike Harrison for this gift that addresses our highest priority — increasing endowed support for scholarships, which helps us make the TCU experience more available and affordable for talented, deserving students.
