DALLAS – WBAP/KLIF – The Dallas Police officer involved in a horrific auto wreck on east Mockingbird Lane in Dallas has died from a result of his injuries. Dallas Police spokesman Demarquis Black says four year veteran officer Joseph Michael George died on Christmas Eve. He’d been hospitalized in critical condition since he wrecked his black Mustang vehicle into a tree of a home on Mockingbird Lane. Dallas Police are seeking the driver of a white Suzuki automobile that some witnessing neighbors described as possibly racing with George. Funeral arrangements are pending. George had been with Dallas Police for four years with the Northeast Patrol Division.
