(DALLAS) WBAP/KLIF -Two gunshots victims were found in the front yard of a house in the 1400 hundred block of Whitley Drive in Dallas early Sunday morning. One of the victims, Eduardo Ocampo Mendez, 26, was found deceased.
The second victim, whose identity is being withheld, was shot multiple times and taken to a local hosptial. He was in serious condition. The shooting come at a time when the murder rate in Dallas for 2019 has skyrocketed to over 200.
