Dallas Zoo Mourns Loss of Giraffe Named After Dallas Cowboy

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF)  A one year old male giraffe named after Dallas Cowboy Tightend Jason Witten passed away suddenly Monday morning at the Dallas Zoo.  Zoo officials say Witten was receiving a routine physical exam under anesthesia when he stopped breaking.  Efforts to revive him were not successful.  A statement on the zoo’s facebook page read …MORE
