Washington (WBAP/KLIF) – The Centers for Disease Control is recommending travelers avoid all non-essential travel to China because of the coronavirus outbreak there.  The Level 3 warning, the highest level issued by the CDC, was announced Monday night.  The CDC says there is limited access to adequate medical care in affected areas.  The only other Level 3 alert is in Venezuela because of food, water and medicine shortages.  Meantime, many U.S. Airlines are giving customers more time to change flights to and from China free of charge.  Fort Worth based American Airlines and Delta Air Lines extended change fee waivers through the end of February.  United Airlines also extended change fee waivers through February to Beijing, Shanghai or Chengdu.
