DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) Demolition crews had a bit of an issue bringing down an office tower north of 75 Central Expressway but when its finally gone, a $2.5 billion multi-use project call The Central will take its place.
The planned development will contain 5 million square feet of office space as well as space for residential and entertainment use.
Dallas based architectural firm G.F.F. along with two other firms are working on the project..
Greenery will be included in the form of a 3.5 acre park in the center of the development.
