HALTOM CITY – WBAP/KLIF – Haltom City Police are investigating the roles or possible roles a 42 year old woman and 37 year old man did or did not have in the shooting of a 23 year old woman early Sunday morning. Police say they responded to reports of a person shot to find a car leaving the scene on Thomas Road near Midway. They say the driver began to flee, so they gave chase – the chase ending in Van Zandt County. The victim’s condition is not known; she was taken to John Peter Smith Hospital. No charges are yet filed, according to police. Investigation continues.
