WBAP Morning News: Steyer, Buttigieg Drop Out of 2020 Presidential Race

Following Joe Biden’s win in the South Carolina Primary, Tom Steyer and Pete Buttigieg dropped out of the 2020 Presidential Race. Also, a much higher number of voters turned out in the primary than in 2016.
