A Texas Christian University student from Dallas has denied allegations of inappropriate contact with a 4-year old girl.
Texas CPS referred allegations of sexual abuse to Fort Worth Police, claiming that 19-year old Elodie Tiare Boccara assaulted the girl last June, touching her private parts repeatedly with her hands.
Boccara was arrested late last month and jailed on suspicion of aggravated sexual assault.
Police say that during a forensics interview with the young girl she told them that Boccara touched her on more than one occasion; the girl also reportedly said this made her feel ‘not good,” according to police records.
During a police interview, the suspect denied sexual contact but admitted to speaking sexually to the child and taking pictures of her in the shower.
TCU released the following statement Monday about Boccara:
“Texas Christian University is aware of the recent arrest of one of its students. TCU expects its students to behave in an ethical manner, abide by campus policies and adhere to state and federal laws. The university will cooperate fully with law enforcement.”
