CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) – President Donald Trump is lobbing fresh criticism at the Democratic presidential field as he makes an appearance in North Carolina to rev up his supporters on the eve of Super Tuesday’s big round of primaries.
Democrats in 14 states – including North Carolina – and one territory and voters abroad will cast their ballots Tuesday, races that represent about a third of all delegates. Before leaving Washington,
Trump offered reassurances about the government’s response to the virus and said he no concerns about attending a big stadium rally. He had one eye clearly focused on the unsettled Democratic race to decide who will face him in November.
I was thrilled to be back in the Great city of Charlotte, North Carolina with thousands of hardworking American Patriots who love our Country, cherish our values, respect our laws, and always put AMERICA FIRST! Thank you for a wonderful evening!! #KAG2020 pic.twitter.com/dNJZfRsl9y
