Lawsuit Filed Against Website for Selling Santa Fe High School Shooter Ammunition

WBAP/KLIF –  A lawsuit has been filed by the parents of one of ten slain victims of the May, 2018 shooting at Texas’ Santa Fe High School.  The parents of a Pakistani exchange student filed the suit, accusing the website of breaking federal law by failing to verify the age of suspect Dimitrios Pagourtzis.  He was 17 at the time of the shooting.

The lawsuit alleges Pagourtzis was able to buy more than 100 rounds of ammunition online, because his age was not verified.
