15 New Coronavirus Cases In Denton County

(WBAP/KLIF) — Fifteen new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Denton county, bringing the total number of county-wide cases to 51.

Twenty-six of those are 50 years of age or older, while 10 of the cases are residents in their 20’s. Fifteen of the victims are currently hospitalized.

County health officials report that 21 are local transmission cases, while 22 are a result of recent travel. Cities with the most cases are Denton with 11, Carrollton with 6, while Lewisville and Frisco report 5 each.
