(WBAP/KLIF) — Small business owners unable to receive payroll protection fund money may have a second chance. All of the $349-billion ran out last week, however Congress is poised to add another $370-billion to the fund.
Fort Worth BBVA’s Brian Happle says time is of the essence and applicants should have their 941 statement, as well as payroll ledger. The House and Senate are both expected to act on new legislation this week.
congress plans to pass the bill, this week, adding $370-billion to the payroll protection program. Happle says that BBVA has assisted 312,000 workers in being retained by small businesses nation-wide.
