North Texas Voters Shatter Early Voting Records in Some Counties

DFW (WBAP/KLIF) – Several North Texas counties have shattered their early voting records according to new stats released Monday.

With four days left for early voting, over 620-thousand people have voted in-person or by mail in Dallas County … accounting for 44% of the electorate in the county, according to County Judge Clay Jenkins.

Nearly 55% of Collin County voters had gone to the polls through Sunday, so far casting over 54-thousand more votes than 2016.

In Denton County, the 2016 early voting record was broken by nearly 60-thousand votes on Sunday at nearly 300-thousand votes cast.
