El Paso (WBAP/KLIF) – El Paso County’s highest ranking elected official has imposed a new, limited curfew on his county. Judge Ricardo Samaniego says COVID-19 is completely out of control in El Paso, and he’s doing everything he legally can to get a handle on it. Samaniego’s curfew orders residents to shelter at home during the night, but permits unrestricted access to all El Paso businesses during the day. He says the curfew is his attempt to create a balance between the health of the community and the economy. The new curfew will be in effect until November 30.
