(WBAP/KLIF) — Police were involved in a shootout at a trailer park in Southern Texas. The incident occurred late Wednesday night when police were called to a report of a man shooting his gun inside his trailer in Northeast San Antonio.
According to San Antonio police chief William McManus, the departments SWAT team was called in to handle the situation. That’s when the unidentified man began shooting at police and set his home on fire. After escaping he continued to exchange gunfire with police, who eventually shot and killed the man.
According to the San Antonio Express-News, no one else was injured in the shootout.
