Double Amputee Among New Policer Officers in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH(WBAP/KLIF) — A double amputee is among 148 new police officers in the city of Fort Worth.

Zach Briseno says his commitment to serve the community comes from his experience in the military and being an explorer in the Fort Worth Department years ago.

“I had a lot of great mentors there who really showed me this is what I want to be like after the Marines I want to serve my country and then serve my community.” Briseno added that his father was in the Army and served his community.
