A local member of the U.S. House of Representatives has tested positive for coronavirus.

Representative Kay Granger was tested once she arrived in DC for the beginning of the 117th Congress.
She was later notified that she had tested positive and immediately quarantined.
Having received the vaccine in December, she is asymptomatic and her staff says she is feeling great.
Granger represents half of Tarrant County and has held her seat for more than 20 years.
