DART’s Newly Retired Police Chief Has Died

Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – The newly retired chief of DART’s Police Department has died. James Spiller took over as leader of the Dallas Area Rapid Transit System Police Department in 2005. He retired in mid December, and died Saturday. The cause of his death has not been made public.
