ARLINGTON (WBAP/KLIF)- Arlington Police are looking for a suspect involved in hit and run that left an 80-year-old man dead on the street of his neighborhood.
it happened at around 4:30 Saturday afternoon on east Timberview Lane just off South Collins Street.
Officer Jesse Minton says Roy Smith was getting the mail and was struck and carried a few houses down.
The department has a “vehicle of interest” that was caught on camera around the same time.
It’s believed to be an early 2000’s Chevy or GMC truck. It’s mostly black with a gray or white panel on the front driver side.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Arlington police immediately.
