WBAP Morning News: Should ERCOT Be Held Accountable?

Texas Representative Jeff Leach joined the WBAP Morning News, and says that ERCOT should most definitely be held accountable for the millions of Texans who do n’t have power, and whose homes are getting into dangerous temperatures.
