Dallas-Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – It’s a second sex crime charge in less than a month for a former DFW Country radio host.
A month after being accused of rape by a minor, 47-year old Justin Frazell of Mansfield was charged Monday with one misdemeanor count of indecent assault, according to the Dallas Morning News.
Details are scarce, but latest incident reportedly happened on December 22.
Frazell was a long-time morning drive host for “The Ranch” KFWR, before his arrest on the first charge of aggravated sexual assault on March 24.
Allegations of that incident involve a teen was given permission to spend the night at Frazell’s house after her parents left a party.
Frazell is accused of goint into a bedroom where she was alone, giving her a alcoholic beverage and told her, “This is between us. Don’t say I never do anything for you.”
She told police that she fell asleep and when she woke up when the bed covers were removed and her under garments has been removed. She says that Frazell assaulted her.
