U.S. Air Force Heavily Blamed for Church Shooting in 2017

The U.S. Air Force is bing held partially responsible for a church shooting that left 26 people dead.

A District Judge has ruled the military branch of being “60 percent responsible” for the killing of more than two dozen people at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs in 2017. According to the judge, the Air Force failed to submit Devin Kelley’s criminal history into a database, which should have prevented him from buying the weapon used in the shooting. Kelly was in the Air Force five years before being discharged for bad conduct in 2014.
