Why, you bust out the racism card of course! The longest serving woman and African-American in the Texas House, Senfronia Thompson spoke in front of the U.S. Capitol on Tuesday, and talked about the potential arrests she and the other Democrats face upon their return to Texas. In her remarks, you know she was serious, because she talked about what they faced in the Civil Rights movement, and what slaves went through, comparing their plight to the Dems sharing pictures of their Caesar salads on social media, and being on a private flight to a four-star hotel. Last I checked, slaves weren’t allowed to have press conferences! Rep. Thompson’s acting chops should at least qualify her for an honorary Oscar, wouldn’t you agree?
