There is a nearly third world country surrounding the Texas border in Del Rio as thousands of Haitian migrants remain in the country illegally. With more migrants on the way, maybe even as many as 30 THOUSAND, and no help in site from the Biden administration, Governor Abbott has taken measures to shut down the border. But all the mainstream media and the Democrats want you to focus on was a video over the weekend that appeared to show a Haitian migrant being struck by a whip from a Border Patrol officer.
