Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – An innocent bystander is hospitalized with a gunshot wound to the back of the head amid a disturbance at an Uptown pizza restaurant last night.
The establishment is located at the corner of Howell and Vine streets, according to WFAA where two groups were trash-talking when things escalated into gunfire.
One of the victims had left the restaurant with a woman when shots ran out critically wounding the man who was taking to Baylor Hospital. The female was not hit.
Police reportedly told WFAA that another male was shot in a leg, but that they were not certain whether or not he was another bystander or someone who was part to the disturbance.
The disturbance broke out around 10pm. The suspects are still at-large. Police talked to several witnesses who were on the scene.
