(WBAP/KLIF) — As the U.S. Supreme Court continues to side with employers who impose vaccine mandates for workers, the Texas Attorney General is attempting another suit to prevent such mandates.

Ken Paxton filed litigation, Friday, against the biden administration for ordering federal contractors to mandate workers receive the COVID vaccine to remain employed. Paxton says the federal government does not have the ability to strip individuals of their choice when it comes to getting a covid shot.
The President feels all Americans should be inoculated to combat the COVID pandemic.
