DALLAS – WBAP/KLIF – Dallas police are searching for the person who shot and killed a 27-year old man as he sat in the drive-through line of a Jack in the Box restaurant on North Jim Miller Road early Sunday morning. Officials say the shooting happened just after 1 am Sunday.
Police say the suspect was in the passenger seat of a late model four door Nissan, possibly an Altima, dark grey in color, with dark-tinted windows. The shot victim managed to drive to Highland Road in an effort to escape, but police say he later died of his injuries.
