Police in South Texas are investigating after a black teen says that he was attacked with a stun gun on Halloween by other teens wearing kkk costumes.

Attorney Matthew S. Manning who is representing the unnamed juvenile, said during a Wednesday press conference that the situation is not a matter of “boys being boys.”

“We’re not dealing with kids that happened to get into a fight. We’re not dealing with kids who were just involved in high school hijinks. We’re talking a specific act of terror organization.”

The students involved are allegedly high schoolers in the Woodsboro ISD, about 30 miles north of Corpus Christi.

Manning said during a Wednesday press conference that at least 5 other teens say that they were “chased or otherwise terrorized” by three others dressed in KKK robes.

The district is cooperating with the investigation.
