Dallas Police Release Sketch of Suspect in Sexual Assault of Woman at Katy Jackson Park

DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Dallas Police have released the sketch of the suspect in the aggravated sexual assault of a woman on a walking trail in Katie Jackson Park on Haverwood Lane near White Rock Creek.

The victim told investigators she was walking the trials on Friday, November 9, around 9 p.m. when a man wearing a dark-colored hoodie came up to her, spoke to her, then overpowered and sexually assault her.

The suspect, who is accused of aggravated sexual assault, is a black man, 40-50 years old with a black beard with “noticeably grey” hairs.

The woman was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries. In response to the incident, police beefed up patrol of the park’s walking trails on Saturday.

Police are asking those who visit the park to be on alert and to report any unusual behavior.
