COVID Symptoms Change, While Schools Plan for Surge

(WBAP/KLIF) — As North Texas schools resume from the holiday break, parents are concerned about detecting COVID-19.

And now, symptoms of the virus have changed. medical experts warn that symptoms of covid-19 have slightly changed, more resembling those consistent with the common cold. That has prompted talks about changes that could be on the horizon for DFW school districts in the midst of the latest spike in COVID cases.

Some districts are mandating masks while others are offering free COVID tests to students and staff.
