With the Omicron surge, schools are freaking out, when we know they shouldn’t be. This variant is far less deadly, and despite what Justice Sotomayor is saying about the number of kids in the hospital (she’s overshot by 96,000), our kids are safe. That hasn’t stopped schools in Dallas from bringing back mask mandates. However, there are now studies and reports that because of how transmissible Omicron is, all these vaccine and mask mandates are actually obsolete!
