Saturday’s All Western Parade in Fort Worth had to be canceled because of cold temperatures and high winds. The official high temperature for the day was recorded at midnight, then was forecast to fall throughout the day. The National Weather Service says the low temperatures combined with 55 mile an hour wind gusts would create wind chills in the 20’s, and organizers decided that could be unsafe for people and animals, so the event was called off. The plan is to have all other Stock Show events go on as scheduled.
