Texas (WBAP/KLIF) – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a lawsuit against North Texas influencer Brittany Dawn Davis alleging deceptive trade practices. The suit target’s Davis’ former online fitness venture, Dawn Fitness LLC, alleging that it misled followers with eating disorders
According to the lawsuit thousands of customers bought what were touted as “individualized” plans for up to $300. they were promised coaching and check-ins,” which davis allegedly failed to deliver; when customers sought refunds they were ignored.
The suit seeks a quarter of a million to one-million dollars in penalties and court fees.
