
UNITED STATES (WBAP/KLIF News) – As Russia enters day twelve of its deadly invasion of Ukraine, more companies are cutting ties with Moscow.
Netlfix and TikTok announced Sunday they were suspending most of their services as Russia continues to crackdown on what citizens and media outlets can say about the war.
According to Bloomberg, Netflix has less than one million subscribers in Russia but the streaming giant has also paused all slated projects and production on original Russian shows.
Netflix joins Disney and Warner Bros. in blocking entertainment services to Russia.

TikTok said its preventing new uploads and livestreams on its Russian platform but will allow its users to use its in-app messaging service.
Since the start of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the United States and the European Union have levied financial, technological and consumer product sanctions against Russia.
