DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – 38 Shell casings were recovered in a parking lot following a shootout between Dallas Police officers and a suspect over the weekend.
Police Chief Eddie Garcia says 14 of the shots were fired by the suspect, 34-year-old Seth Michael Anderson, who was ultimately arrested. Garcia added that “suspects and criminals seem to be emboldened by what’s been going on and they are willing to take on the men and women who are sacrificing themselves for the community.
Bodycam video shows Anderson shooting at police and ramming their vehicles, injuring three officers. Everyone involved was treated and released from the hospital.
