Reata Restaurant is Looking for a New Location

FORT WORTH (WBAP/KLIF)-After nearly two decades in its current space and 26 years in downtown Fort Worth, Reata Restaurant is looking for a new home … and the public is being asked for help to finding the legendary restaurant’s next North Texas location.

Reata’s lease ends on June 30, 2024 and plans to honor all event commitments at its current location. The restaurant’s catering division, Reata on the Road, was established in 2001 and will continue to operate seamlessly throughout any transition.

Reata’s new home must be between 12,000 – 20,000 square ft and have 200 parking spaces or 2 acres of undeveloped land.

Reata currently employs 145 individuals. The restaurant has paid more than $2.8 million in state and local sales and liquor taxes since 2019 (year prior to the global pandemic) and approximately $11 million in state/local/liquor taxes through the last decade.
