Biden just asked Congress for $33 Billion to donate to Ukraine. The President seems to think that just sending the country money will automatically help them win the war. It Won’t! Send them weapons and other forms of defense, that’s how they’ll win, if they do at all! Well, if Biden’s comments today on the matter are any indication, he has no idea what to do, or how to do it!
