Irving, Texas (WBAP/KLIF) – The Irving Police Department has arrested Jose Aguado Robles for Indecency with a Child. Robles assaulted his victims between 2008 and 2022 while living in the 3300 block of Willow
Creek at the Agave Apartments, also known as the Tanner Place Apartments.
An arrest warrant filed Saturday on behalf of a 10-year-old came into contact with Robles at the Agave Apartment, where Robles’s daughter was babysitting him between August 2020 and June 2021.
All of Robles’ victims have been young Hispanic boys between the ages of 9 – 12 years of age.
Irving Police say that they are confident that there are additional victims. IPD is encouraging anyone who lived at the Tanner Place or Agave Apartments since 2008 through today who might have contacted Robles to have those discussions with their children, family members, and friends to make them aware of Robles.
