Today, Ted Cruz helped introduce the Safe Kids, Safe Schools, Safe Communities Act of 2022, which will funnel billions of dollars into funding the safety of public schools throughout the country. Maybe the single most important piece of this legislation, though, is the funding for physical security measures for these schools. Will this be the one to make a dent in increasing our schools’ safety? Casey Bartholomew fills in for Chris Krok.
