GARLAND, TX (WBAP/KLIF) – 17-year-old Yadhira Medina was found safe after an Amber Alert was issued for her Sunday morning. Authorities believe Medina was kidnapped by 20-year-old David Maldonado, who is still at large. Police have issued a warrant for Maldonado who was allegedly seen dragging Medina into a pickup truck Saturday evening.
Police confirmed Sunday morning that Medina was safe at home following the ordeal. Anyone with any information about Maldonado’s whereabouts are asked to either call 911 or 972-485-4840.
