Artemis I Launch Scrubbed Again

KENNEDY SPACE CENTER – (WBAP/KLIF) – The Artemis I mission to the moon is postponed yet again; teams trying to fix an issue related to a leak in the hardware transferring fuel into the rocket were unsuccessful in Florida this morning. Almost, or up to a half million people were expected in the area to watch the launch after postponement was announced Monday.

On Monday, NASA says a sensor indicated one of the rocket’s four engines was not cooling correctly; indicating a possible hydrogen fuel leak.

Once Artemis I does get off the ground, it will be NASA’s critical test of how the rocket carrying humans will perform in space and during a return to earth.
